He was VP & GM of Amcor Flexibles Latin America, CEO of Techpack / Madeco and Alusa, and Deputy Manager of Business Development at Quiñenco. Previously, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Co. and Deutsche Bank.

He currently serves as a board member of Pesquera Camanchaca, AgroBerries and Indesa, and as a business advisor.

Jorge Tagle O. has held senior executive positions, mainly at Grupo Luksic.

He was Deputy CEO and Commercial Manager of Banco de Chile, Executive Vice President of Nexans S.A., Corporate CEO of Alusa S.A. and Corporate CFO of Madeco S.A. At Quiñenco S.A., the Luksic Group holding company, he was Head of M&A and New Projects.

He worked at Citicorp Corporate Finance on a range of M&A and capital markets transactions. He currently serves as a board member of Aquachile S.A. and as a board member and advisor of Megeve. He is also a board member of Fundación Generación Empresarial and of the Instituto de Estudios de la Sociedad (IES).

José Gabriel Palma D. worked in the distribution of Pioneer Investments from 2005. Previously, he was an associate at Carey y Cía., providing legal advice on corporate law from 1997 to 2003.

In 2008 he joined ALTIS, where he leads the team responsible for fund distribution and asset raising among institutional investors and private banks in Latin America.

On behalf of ALTIS, he has developed the agreements and regional work for Wellington Asset Management, Vontobel Asset Management, Baron Capital, Brooke Private Equity Associates, Credit Suisse Private Fund Group, Charterhouse Capital Partners and Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners.

Alejandro Puentes B. is CEO of ALTIS, where he is actively involved in managing all areas of the company and leads the development of the Wealth Management practice.

Mr. Puentes was CEO of Inversiones Santa Blanca S.A., a group with investments in airlines, salmon farming, retail, real estate and agriculture.

Before ALTIS, he was CFO and a member of the investment committee at Bancard.

He currently serves as a board member of Marine Farms S.A., Imagina and Landes.
